​Initial Assessment £75 - approximately 75 mins

We will visit you at home and afford you the time to discuss your needs. We will ask you what your expectations are and we will work together to plan your treatment, finding honest and ethical solutions to help you.

Follow-up Appointments £60 - 60 minutes

Follow up appointments are designed to monitor your progress and respond to any potential changes.

payment terms


​STRIDE PHYSIOTHERAPY Limited needs to inform the client about payment terms in order that they are clear and the focus is on the client’s treatment.
​Payment is to be settled in full on 
the day of treatment.

​STRIDE PHYSIOTHERAPY Limited accepts cheques, cash and bank transfers.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments


​When the client makes an appointment, an agreed period of time is allocated for them.

Cancelled or rescheduled appointments will be charged at the full fee if the client fails to give 24 hours notice.

STRIDE PHYSIOTHERAPY Limited requires the client's consent both for treatment and processing client data. The client’s signature on the form provided at assessment states that the client has read and understood the terms and conditions and that the client consents to the following:
  • Assessment and treatment by the physiotherapist in attendance.
  • Processing of information, including medical details about the client, for the purposes of treatment as a private client.
  • Information relevant to the client’s conditions and for which they are seeking treatment, to be shared with the client’s GP/Consultant on request.

STRIDE PHYSIOTHERAPY Limited strictly abides by and adheres to the Data Protection Act, which sets rules for the processing of personal information. It applies to all records.
​Clients 
have the right to access information held about them, this will be provided in either electronic or paper format. Clients who wish to obtain this information will need to contact one of the Directors of STRIDE PHYSIOTHERAPY Limited, by email on: email@stridephysiotherapy.co.uk
We will arrange for the client to sign a Release of Medical Records Form.
There will be an 
applicable administrative charge of £100.

  • Only uses patient identifiable information when necessary and legally permissible.
  • Accesses patient identifiable information on a strictly need to know basis.
  • Ensure that everyone with access to patient identifiable information is aware of their responsibilities.
